Kids from age 4 and up are welcome, in coached classes built around their level. Parents and guardians can stay and watch from our comfortable viewing gallery, with free tea and coffee while you cheer them on.
Everyone. All adults and kids aged 4 and above, all abilities and all skill levels, from complete beginner who has never seen a gym before, to pro Ninja Warrior veteran.
Q: Do you do classes?
We offer ninja classes on the obstacle course for adults and kids, as well as calisthenics classes, private sessions and personal training.
Q: Do I have to join in classes or can I just play?
You can just jump in. We recommend trying a class or two first to get an idea, but you are more than welcome to go round at your own pace.
Q: Do you do parties?
Yes, we do awesome parties. Kids parties, adult parties, stag and hen dos, and corporate events.
Q: Do I have to book?
Yes. All open sessions and classes must be booked 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Q: Do you need shoes?
Yes, trainers with good grip are a must.
Q: Do actual ninjas come here?
Yes. 10 out of the 16 finalists from Ninja Warrior UK season 6 have trained here, plus many more from other seasons and some big name ninjas from around the world.
Q: Can parents or guardians stay and watch?
Yes. We have a comfortable viewing gallery with free tea and coffee. You can watch the whole session and cheer them on.
Q: Do I have to be a member to come?
Being a member comes with loads of benefits, but you can come to as many pay-as-you-go sessions as you like before deciding to sign up.
