Train like a ninja

If you’ve ever seen Ninja Warrior on TV, you’ll know it’s an incredibly tough physical challenge, and only the fittest and strongest individuals can make it through even the first round. It is incredibly hard, BUT, what you may not realise is how close you are to being able to do some of those things yourself. Step into the action and progress through the levels, you’ll push past your limits and amaze yourself with the things you’re able to achieve.

What do we do?

We don’t expect you to just walk in on your hands and bang out 10 muscle ups straight away, don’t worry! Every session we pick 2 or 3 big iconic moves (i.e. handstand pushups, muscle ups, human flag) and work through the progressions and exercises that lead towards being able to do these. Obviously everyone is at different levels and progresses differently, classes are built with levels for each activity so everyone can get the most out of it, enjoy the fun and feed off the brilliant energy of the awesome group.

Do I need to be strong to join?

NO!

The class is full of people with a massive range of abilities, from complete beginners to incredibly strong inspiring characters! All levels are welcome and we operate a 100% zero judgement and no ego policy making it an incredibly supportive and fun environment to grow in!

Can beginners join in?

YES!

All levels and abilities are more than welcome, we’ve seen people go from barely being able to hang and hold their own weight to being able to do multiple pull ups in a matter of months.
