Team Building Liverpool: A Session People Will Actually Remember
Get the team out of the office and working together on a genuine ninja warrior obstacle course.
A team building session people actually remember
Trust falls and awkward icebreakers do not build much of anything. HC:FIT gives your team a full ninja warrior obstacle course with over 50 obstacles including a 16ft Mega Warped Wall, to work through together. It gets people out of their comfort zone, in a good way, and it gives colleagues a shared experience to talk about back in the office.
Genuinely Different
Not another hotel conference room exercise. A real obstacle course, run properly.
Every Fitness Level
Coached and paced so the whole team can join in, whatever their starting point.
Fully Coached
Our coaches run the session from start to finish, so you can just show up.
Built around your team
We can host private sessions for your team, coached throughout, with no experience necessary. Get in touch with your team size and preferred date and we will talk through what works best for your group.
What Our Ninjas Say
“Took the whole team out for an afternoon and it delivered exactly what a normal team day never does, everyone actually working together and laughing about it afterwards. Already talking about booking again.”
“Genuinely one of the better team events we've done. Colleagues who barely speak day to day were cheering each other over obstacles by the end of the session.”

Team Building Liverpool: A Day Nobody Dreads
Team building Liverpool companies book at HC:FIT involves no trust falls, no flip charts and nobody explaining their spirit animal. It is forty-plus obstacles, small teams, and a leaderboard. Groups get the building to themselves, so the whole session belongs to your team from the moment you walk in.
Q: How does a team building session in Liverpool run?
We open with a coached warm-up and a walkthrough of the rig, then teams rotate through obstacle stations and problem-solving challenges before a final relay. It takes roughly two hours end to end.
Q: Why do team building groups choose obstacles?
Obstacle courses level the playing field: the fittest person is not automatically the best, since technique beats strength on half the rig. The quietest person in the office often ends up coaching everyone else through a problem.
Q: What group sizes do you take, and what is included?
We run team building days for groups from eight to around forty, splitting larger numbers into heats so nobody queues. Coaching, equipment and exclusive use of the facility are all included.
Q: Do we need to be fit, and is it accessible?
Every obstacle scales, nobody is forced up the warped wall and nobody sits out. Our coaches quietly adjust difficulty as they go, so it stays accessible and properly active.
Q: How do we book team building dates in Liverpool?
Weekday daytime slots are usually easiest to get. Tell us your group size, fitness range and preferred date and we will confirm availability.
