This was only my second class, and I’m really impressed. The trainer is genuinely supportive, always offering clear guidance and encouragement when you’re struggling with an exercise. The atmosphere is very welcoming to all levels and you don’t feel out of place. One of the best experiences I’ve had in years. Highly recommended!
